Guidance, Skills & Opportunities for Researchers e.V. (GSO) offers 25 fully funded fellowships for the 10th Leadership Academy, aimed at supporting early- and mid-career researchers across all disciplines.The program is open to German-speaking researchers, regardless of citizenship, who are currently conducting research outside of Germany or have been living in Germany (again) for no longer than 18 months and who are committed to pursuing leadership roles in academia, industry, or other sectors.

The fellowship program comprises:

• Workshops: Experience two in-person phases in Berlin and Heidelberg led by experienced trainers offering an interactive curriculum on personal development, leadership skills, and hands-on tools and knowledge for your next career step.
• Additional Activities: Glimpse beyond the usual academic bubble through several interesting excursions.
• Networking: Engage with peers, mentors, and professionals from academia and other sectors.
• Individual Coaching: Benefit from personalized guidance to achieve your career goals.

Each fellowship covers program participation, travel, and accommodation expenses.
