The online application for the EFMD-HUMANE Summer School is open – Deadline : 15 May 2017

The EFMD – HUMANE Summer School “Transforming Higher Education Professional Services” (Freie Universität Berlin, 27 August - 1 September 2017) will focus on the leadership and management of transformational changes in professional services, vital for institutional competitiveness.
This highly intensive curriculum is designed for middle and senior managers directly involved in – or aspiring to be part of - a significant transformation programme.

The School will offer a dynamic experiential learning experience with practical case-based teamwork. It offers the participants a thorough understanding of the different models and approaches which are critical to the decision-making process. The participants will also have plenty of practical opportunities to further develop their leadership skills.
The working language will be English, but facilitators are well used to dealing with various levels of language proficiency. The programme will include the in-depth study of contrasting contemporary approaches to dynamic professional services being taken across Europe in support of strategic growth in institutions. The participants have the opportunity to learn from leading experts and practitioners and share with peers.
