located at the WHU CampusVallendar, with a start date of May 2016.

The department is guiding the Master of Science degree courses in the area of Management and Finance. As consecutive business degrees, they address qualified graduates of business programs who are looking for an international education. Program language is English.

Job Description

• Counselling and guiding of applicants and candidates.
• Preparation and execution of various information sessions.
• Organization and supervision of the admission procedures.
• Administering our online application portal.
• Support of Program Management with the preparation of enrollment procedures and introductory courses.

Job Qualifications

• Academic degree in a business-related field
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and German
• Sound knowledge of office-software and campus management systems
• Work experience in the field of higher education and/or recruiting
• Ability to work independently in a structured and effective manner
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work on weekends if required

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with potential to become extended or permanent.
