We are seeking for a Quality and Accreditation Coordinator (mwd)
 
The position is permanent and can be filled in part-time or full-time (up to 40 hours per week). The position is available immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the QM Office in international accreditation processes (AACSB/EQUIS).
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of accreditation requirements.
• Participate in (European and international) seminars and conferences.
• Support producing reports and documentation as required by the accreditation body.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis from faculty and across the university.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective project implementation.
• Support all elements of accreditation events.
• Collect data for various rankings.
• Support KLU's Assurance of Learning processes.
• Support idea and knowledge management initiatives.
• Perform other duties as necessary for the role.

You will report to the Head of Quality Management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in academic institutions and a solid understanding of Higher Education.
• Fluent in both German and English languages.
• Preferably knowledge and experience in accreditation projects, preferably with AACSB or EQUIS accreditations.
• Preferably knowledge and experience with Assurance of Learning (a system related to the AACSB accreditation process)
• Proficiency in data management and data reporting. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write concise and accurate reports.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• High level of motivation and flexibility, willingness to travel.
• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and Excel is desirable.
