Career Development Manager (E 13 TV-L)
fixed-term to 31.10.2015 with the option to be extended until 31.10.2017 (The period of employment is governed by the TzBfG). Balancing family and career is an important issue. The post is basically suitable for candidates seeking part-time employment with at least 75 % of the fulltime weekly hours.
As a member of the program office our Career Development Manager supports the cfaed Career Development Director in the development and organization of all processes helping to attract and support the best scientists. The systematic recruitment of the best brains and fostering of scientific careers of all academic levels is paramount for the success of the cluster.
