Quality Assurance in European higher education has been, since the beginning, in a state of constant and dynamic flux. It is now characterised by a mixture of programme accreditation, institutional accreditation, and non-accrediting external quality assurance evaluations. The present report brings together articles presenting national experiences and approaches to quality assurance in six European countries, offering a range of various examples of quality assurance systems.
