For the first time, ENQA organised a Bologna seminar on Quality Assurance in Transnational Higher Education in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), U.K. This report presents the perspectives of the various stakeholders on TNE and highlights the main findings, as well as the recommendations, of this Bologna seminar that took place in London in 2008. It also analyses the international guidelines in quality assurance and emphasises the need to focus on implementation procedures that will be useful in the future of transnational education.
