PostDoc (Lecturer) in Process Management / Process Innovation

The Frankfurt School offers an attractive position in our ProcessLab research center. We welcome excellent candidates with Business Administration or Business Informatics background. Applicants should be interested in research on latest developments and disruptive changes caused by digitization. Further aspects would be impacts of digitization on business processes and customer-centered process innovation.

The research work of this position (3 years, fulltime) is planned to be conducted in close cooperation with a leading consulting company. Candidates should consequently value the combination of academic work with high relevance for practice. Due to the nature of the intended research work German language skills (verbal and written) have to be excellent. The successful candidate is expected to teach in Frankfurt School’s undergraduate or master programs. Prerequisite for the position is a Ph.D. which should be completed by end of 2015. We are looking for candidates with motivation far above average, distinctive capabilities for independent work, and strong team player skills. Candidates should demonstrate potential to publish research work in leading peer-reviewed journals.
